Shipping Policy

 

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in House Prints.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business day to process your order. You can expect to receive an email within 48 hours of placing the order to let you know your delivery is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using Royal Mail, Evri and DPD's standard delivery of 3 - 6 days. There is no charge and is completely FREE shipping on all wall art delivered within the United Kingdom. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At House Prints, we do ship worldwide (excluding a select few countries - missing from the checkout). There are shipping charges for international orders and your rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House Prints is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

LOCAL DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 1 mile of our workshop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 12pm during store hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) will be delivered that day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
